Join a vibrant, global team where creativity and knowledge fuel every breakthrough.Ready to innovate with us?Role and LocationWe are currently recruiting for Junior Back-end Software Developers to join our offices in Rome, Genoa, Naples, Bari, Milan within the Digital Technology and Cybersecurity Division.This role requires good foundations in Python programming and a passion for learning cloud technologies. You will support the team in developing and maintaining cloud-based solutions, with the opportunity to grow your skills in cloud architecture, DevOps practices and modern development tools.ResponsibilitiesDesign and Development — Contribute to the development of Python-based applications and servicesCollaboration and Implementation — Work closely with senior developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirementsCloud Services & Deployment — Gain experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) by supporting the configuration and deployment of managed servicesSecurity & Best Practices — Learn about cloud security principles and contribute to ensuring compliance with internal and external standardsContinuous Learning & Innovation — Stay curious and continuously grow your skills in cloud computing, DevOps, and software developmentSupport & Maintenance — Help troubleshoot application issues and support cloud operations under supervisionQualificationsBasic Knowledge of Python programmingBasic understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) – experience with Azure is a plusFamiliarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and basic knowledge of CI/CD conceptsWillingness to learn about containerization (e.g. Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes)Interest in cloud security, networking, and performance optimizationGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skillsEducationBachelor’s DegreeMaster’s Degree in Engineering GeneralCompetenciesCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone’s opinion into
