Responsibilities Summary As Warehouse Manager, you will ensure efficient operation of warehouse flows, operational efficiency and safety, accurate stock management and flow optimization, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager. Ensure proper functioning of operational and goods handling processes Ensure accuracy and traceability of goods in transit and stock levels, minimizing inventory errors and reducing waste Define, implement and monitor warehouse KPIs with focus on continuous improvement Implement procedures and policies to improve workflows in line with company and group guidelines Optimize assigned resources (space, personnel and tools) to reduce processing and inventory costs and improve overall productivity, proposing projects and improvement actions in collaboration with the KPO & Industrialization Department Supervise the status and use, by operators, of the warehouse equipment fleet (forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.), in compliance with Health & Safety policies Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations Coordinate routine and extraordinary inventory operations Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production and Customer Service departments to ensure an integrated international information and operational flow Interface with international functions and stakeholders Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of operators, promoting their professional growth, sense of responsibility and involvement Manage training, evaluation and development plans for warehouse staff, assigning clear objectives and monitoring performance over time Foster a positive collaborative climate, based on solid interpersonal skills, appropriate for a changing multinational business environment Profile Education Technical Institute Diploma or bachelor’s degree in management engineering, Logistics or related. Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing In‑depth knowledge of inbound / outbound processes, goods allocation, picking & packing, cross‑docking Knowledge of stock accuracy methodologies, ABC / XYZ analysis, counting cycles Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and related methodologies Knowledge regarding logistics planning and management (layout optimization, WMS tuning…) Excellent knowledge of Office 365 package, especially Excel (advanced) and Power Query Knowledge in the use of ERP, such as AS400 and / or SAP or similar Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81 / 2008 (occupational health and safety compliance) and fire regulations (DM 1 / 9 / 2021, DM 2 / 9 / 2024, DM 3 / 9 / 2021) Business fluent in English Results orientation and problem solving Excellent leadership and conflict management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills in multicultural environments Proactivity and aptitude for continuous improvement Excellent time management and priority management skills Experience & Background Previous experience of at least 5 years in supervisory or coordinating roles in logistics and / or warehousing, preferably in multinational settings Background from the engineering industry Proven experience in managing, motivating and developing staff Our Offer Work in an international, fast‑growing industry that makes a real impact on healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
