MAW Search and Selection, is recruiting for a Company leader in the production of panels and laminates for the luxury furniture a Quality Manager Assistant The Quality Manager Assistant will ensures the quality and compliance of products through the management of processes, documentation, audits, and the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements through a proactive approach that monitors production stages and validates systems and equipment. Key duties include drafting SOPs, managing non-conformities (CAPA), participating in audits, and training personnel, supported by a degree in scientific disciplines Main ResponsibilitiesQuality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with applicable standards. Process Monitoring and Control: Oversee manufacturing processes and controls on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance. Documentation: Create, update, and manage critical documentation (validation protocols, reports, etc.). Non-Conformance Management: Handle deviations and corrective and preventive actions Audits: Participate in internal audits and/or audits conducted by customers or regulatory authorities. Validation: Participate in the validation of processes, equipment, and systems.Skills and RequirementsEducation: Degree in scientific disciplines Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of industry regulations (GMP, GDP, REACH certification). Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, synthesis, coordination, and teamwork skills. Experience: Previous experience in the sector is often required#J-18808-Ljbffr
