All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.What You’ll DoLead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management FrameworkManage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the European regionDrive all project phases — from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start‑up, hand‑over and project closure, including lessons learnedIdentify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriateCoordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparencyCollaborate with internal experts and technology specialists to secure best‑in‑class technical solutionsSupport the design and creation of a regional sustainability roadmap for AO Europe, ensuring the best fit of sustainability tools and projects per production siteFacilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group to strengthen sustainability knowledge and capabilitiesLead sustainability‑related projects within the European Engineering Network, promoting innovation and knowledge exchangeActively contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability practices across sitesWhat Makes You a Good FitBachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial ChemistryMinimum 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably in CAPEX investment projects within an industrial environmentStrong project management skills, including experience with relevant tools and methodologiesProven expertise in sustainability projects (e.g., energy efficiency, utilities optimisation, new technologies implementation)High degree of self‑motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels and functionsProficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applicationsFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Willingness to travel across Europe up to 30% of the time, depending on project assignmentsAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
