In STOREE.AI, abbiamo creato una piattaforma che aiuta i manager a duplicare sé stessi in una versione alimentata dall’IA - un gemello digitale che può guidare i team, assegnare compiti, monitorare KPI e formare il personale. Vogliamo professionisti del retail che sappiano: Comprendere le esigenze di una catena Guidarli nella creazione del loro manager IA Aiutare il nostro team interno a posizionare la soluzione giusta per ogni brand Parlare il linguaggio del retail, non dei buzzword Questo è sviluppo del business in profondità - perché conoscere il retail è ciò che rende tutto questo possibile. Cosa farai concretamente: Creare un portafoglio di aziende retail rilevanti Usare i nostri strumenti di IA (ti insegneremo noi) per avviare le conversazioni Spiegare come STOREE.AI può risolvere i loro problemi specifici Guidare il processo o passare il cliente al nostro team quando necessario Aiutare a definire il miglior fit di prodotto internamente - sarai la nostra lente retail Non farai “pitch”. Collegherai, guiderai e tradurrai tra due mondi. Per chi è questo ruolo: Responsabili distrettuali e regionali Professionisti HQ in operations, formazione, HR, marketing, retail excellence Persone che hanno guidato operations di negozio, VM o customer experience Chiunque sappia come si gestisce un punto vendita - e voglia evolvere Se hai mai detto: “La tecnologia non capisce cosa succede qui fuori” - siamo d’accordo.
