Opportunità: People & Transformation Manager Per un gruppo internazionale attivo nei servizi di retail services, design, field marketing, produzione, clienti di primo livello e presenza globale, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di People & Transformation Manager. La figura entrerà in una fase di evoluzione della funzione People & Transformation, con processi HR in forte sviluppo e una struttura in espansione. Gestirà un perimetro eterogeneo, con focus completamente sull’ Italia, composto da funzioni staff, unità creative, factory e team retail design, operando in un modello matriciale e collaborando con i team HR verticali dedicati alla progettazione dei processi. Responsibilities A diretto riporto del Group Chief P&T Officer, la figura individuata si occuperà di gestire tutti i processi HR per il proprio perimetro di riferimento. In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Gestione completa del ciclo di vita del dipendente, fungendo da primo punto di riferimento per dipendenti e Manager; Collaborazione con i team di riferimento per le attività di Recruiting, Training e Administration; Definizione delle attività e di Performance Management, in stretta collaborazione con le figure di People Manager e il Responsabile di Funzione (analisi, pianificazione e organizzazione dei colloqui One-to-One con la Linea Manageriale di riferimento); Confronto con i colleghi P&T per la gestione delle attività di Salary Review e gestione autonoma del processo; Gestione delle attività di riorganizzazione e Change Management. Your Profile Verranno prese in considerazione le figure in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche: Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di HR Business Partner o HR Manager di almeno 5/7 anni; Laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Esperienza pregressa in contesti dinamici e in crescita; Ottime capacità organizzative e gestionali; Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e con una forte attitudine progettuale.
