Con HQ in Danimarca e una presenza diretta in più di 20 paesi, Multi-Wing fornisce soluzioni su misura ai principali costruttori di macchine e impianti in tutto il mondo.Lavorare in Multi-Wing significa entrare in un ambiente dinamico, multiculturale e orientato all’innovazione, dove precisione tecnica, collaborazione e miglioramento continuo sono alla base del nostro successo.Missione del RuoloIl/la Manufacturing Engineering Specialist supporta il team Manufacturing Engineering nella creazione e gestione delle codifiche prodotto, nella strutturazione delle distinte base (BoM) e nella definizione dei routing di produzione nei sistemi aziendali.Il ruolo è ideale per neolaureati o giovani professionisti interessati a crescere in ambito tecnico-industriale e ad approfondire i processi produttivi e la gestione dati in un contesto manifatturiero strutturato.️ Principali ResponsabilitàSupportare nella creazione e manutenzione delle codifiche prodotto in base alle linee guida aziendali.Collaborare alla strutturazione e aggiornamento delle BoM, assicurandone la coerenza con i disegni tecnici e le specifiche.Assistere nella definizione e aggiornamento dei routing di produzione per garantire dati corretti su fasi, centri di lavoro e tempi standard.Interagire con i reparti di progettazione, pianificazione, produzione e qualità per raccogliere e verificare le informazioni tecniche necessarie.Imparare a utilizzare il sistema ERP aziendale per la gestione dei dati tecnici (Microsoft Dynamics).Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi di codifica e strutturazione dati, segnalando eventuali anomalie o opportunità di semplificazione.Supportare il team nelle attività quotidiane di data governance e nella documentazione dei processi.RequisitiFormazioneLaurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, Industriale o titolo equivalente.In alternativa, diploma tecnico con esperienza in contesti produttivi.EsperienzaNon è richiesta un’esperienza lavorativa significativa.Costituisce un plus avere 1–3 anni di esperienza in ambito tecnico-industriale, produzione o gestione dati di prodotto.Eventuali stage o tirocini su sistemi ERP o in aziende manifatturiere sono considerati un vantaggio.Competenze TecnicheConoscenza di base dei principi di distinta base e cicli produttivi.Familiarità con disegni tecnici e distinte materiali.Buona conoscenza di Excel e strumenti informatici.Interesse a lavorare con sistemi ERP e dati tecnici.Competenze TrasversaliBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Precisione, curiosità e voglia di imparare.Buone capacità organizzative e di lavoro in team.Attitudine analitica e orientamento al dettaglio.Proattività nel porre domande e proporre miglioramenti.Nice to HaveInteresse per tematiche Lean Manufacturing e miglioramento continuo.Cosa OffriamoPossibilità di crescita professionale e sviluppo competenze in ambito engineering e gestione dati di produzione.Ambiente internazionale, collaborativo e innovativo.Opportunità di lavorare in un contesto manifatturiero moderno con forte attenzione alla qualità e alla sostenibilità.
