Cerchiamo Data Management Engineer per la gestione operativa delle infrastrutture hardware e software dedicate ai servizi di Data Protection (Backup), a supporto delle applicazioni dei clienti sia on-premise che in cloud in ambito Business Development.In particolare, tale attività dovrà essere svolta con riferimento al processo di integrazione delle competenze funzionali al percorso di trasformazione aziendale in atto.Attività:Gestire il provisioning delle risorse di backup;Implementare procedure di backup e restore;Ottimizzare prestazioni e affidabilità delle infrastrutture adottando le best practice;Monitorare in modo proattivo gli apparati;Garantire il rispetto degli SLA e dei KPI di competenza;Aggiornare firmware e software di Data Protection nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza e compliance;Supportare il team Architetture nelle POC di nuovi prodotti;Implementare e modificare le policy di backup;Gestire attività di troubleshooting.Competenze richieste:Conoscenza delle tecnologie di Data Protection, in particolare Commvault;Conoscenza delle principali architetture di backup: Disk to Tape, Disk to Disk, ambienti virtuali, data deduplication e vaulting, Tape Library, VTL, efficiency (compressione/deduplica), Object Storage;Capacità di lavorare in team;Capacità di analisi ed elaborazione dati;Problem solving;Orientamento al cliente e agli obiettivi.Requisiti graditi:Consocenza di DellEMC Networker, Veritas Netbackup, Commavult, Veeam, Qstar, Delphix;Conoscenza di Hypervisor (VMware, Hyperv-V, KVM), Sistemi Operativi Linux, Windows, HP-UX, AIX, infrastrutture di rete, metodi e standard di Security, Appliance Exadata;Conoscenza dei seguenti tool: DellEMC DPA, Service Now;Certificazioni gradite su: Commavult, Veeam, Delphix, ITIL v3, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP o AWS.Cosa offriamo:Contratto a tempo indeterminato;Formazione continua e certificazioni;Opportunità di crescita professionale all’interno di un team innovativo.Sede di lavoro: Roma, Padova, Milano, Bari o Bologna.TIM promuove un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e valorizza tutte le diversità.
