Year‑round availability is required. Experience Required 1–3 years in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or related field. Responsibilities Educational Leadership: Introduce children to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment. Expert Instruction: Teach advanced classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods, helping refine and enhance our programs. Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family. Classroom Management: Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class with utmost care and attention. Professional Development: Continuously improve your skills and stay updated with the latest in child education and physical activity. Passionate About Education: Strong background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics. Service‑Oriented: Create positive experiences for children and parents. Professional and Fun: Balance fun with professionalism, engaging children and parents while maintaining structure. Excellent Communicator: Outgoing and comfortable discussing enrollment and program details with parents. Flexible Schedule: Willing to work nights and weekends to meet members’ needs. As part of The Little Gym team, you’ll join a family dedicated to growth and development worldwide. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
