Posizione Stiamo cercando un / una Senior Platform Engineer che avrà un ruolo chiave nell’evoluzione della nostra infrastruttura e delle nostre piattaforme applicative. La persona selezionata guiderà le decisioni tecnologiche nell’area cloud / on-premise, contribuendo alla definizione di architetture, standard e strategie di scalabilità. Il ruolo prevede la responsabilità tecnica e la gestione di una risorsa. Responsabilità Principali Disegno, sviluppo e manutenzione dell’infrastruttura cloud (principalmente AWS) in modalità Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi); Gestione e miglioramento della piattaforma Kubernetes (EKS) e dei relativi servizi di osservabilità, logging e networking; Evoluzione e gestione dei processi di distribuzione e delivery (CI / CD), con utilizzo di Argo CD; Miglioramento continuo della developer experience, definendo standard, automazioni, tool e linee guida; Monitoraggio, controllo e ottimizzazione dei costi in ottica FinOps; Coordinamento tecnico e sviluppo professionale di una risorsa in area piattaforma. Requisiti Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Platform / DevOps Engineer in contesti cloud; Ottima conoscenza dell’ecosistema AWS; Solida esperienza con Kubernetes (idealmente EKS); Conoscenza di tool e framework per IaC (preferibile Pulumi, in alternativa Terraform); Esperienza con pipeline e strumenti di delivery (preferibile Argo CD); Familiarità con strumenti di monitoring e osservabilità (Prometheus, Grafana o equivalenti); Capacità di guidare scelte architetturali e supportare i team di sviluppo. Nice To Have Esperienza in contesti ibridi (on-prem + cloud); Conoscenza di concetti e pratiche di FinOps; Interesse verso standard e linee guida di sicurezza cloud.
