Role:We are looking for a Resident IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.Your tasks are...identify, diagnose, and resolve L1/L2 issues in computer hardware and software related to laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, tablets etc.deal with software portfolio management and product life cycle managementprovide general desktop support, project coordination, refresh and imaging/ re-imaging PCs and laptopscoordinate with third-party service providers for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the sameprovide assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.provide smart hand support for Server and network devicesasset and stock managementticket management Location: Dalmine (fully onsite)Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of transformation into permanent)Requirements:Level 2 Support - Enduser SupportIdeally background as IT engineer with at least 2 years of experienceGood English and fluent ItalianFamiliar with ticketing system Benefits:Buddy programInternal career development programInternational job opportunitiesOnboarding programTicket Restaurant (Edenred, Sodexo, UP)/ Meal Voucher Be part of UsHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
