A., Divisione Search and Selection, seleziona per importante azienda del territorio mantovano, un HR Business Partner appassionato e strategico, pronto a diventare il punto di riferimento per manager e team nella gestione delle risorse umane e nello sviluppo dei talenti.La risorsa si occuperà di:• Collaborare con i manager per definire e implementare strategie HR che supportino gli obiettivi di business.• Gestire processi di recruiting, onboarding e sviluppo dei talenti, contribuendo alla crescita delle persone.• Curare pratiche amministrative e payroll dei collaboratori.• Supportare i team nella gestione delle performance, piani di carriera e percorsi formativi.• Offrire consulenza su normativa del lavoro, relazioni sindacali e gestione del personale.• Promuovere iniziative che migliorino engagement, cultura aziendale e retention.Requisiti richiesti:• Laurea in Risorse Umane, Psicologia del Lavoro, Economia o affini.• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo HR Business Partner o simile.• Conoscenza approfondita della normativa del lavoro e delle migliori pratiche HR.• Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e organizzative.• Proattività, problem solving e orientamento ai risultati.L’azienda offre:• Opportunità di sviluppare le tue competenze HR.• Crescita professionale in un contesto dinamico e stimolante.• Possibilità di fare davvero la differenza all’interno dell’organizzazione.• Inserimento diretto ed inquadramento commisurato alle competenze.Zona di lavoro: provincia di Mantova.L’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.
