Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will deal with production, assembling and completion of products/components related to railway signalling (electromechanical actuators, hydraulic actuators).Work in a production line or in a work cell organized and designed with lean principles.Maintain a clean and efficient work station by removing production scraps and wastes; in some cases he/she could perform ordinary maintenance activities.Safety, Environment and StandardsRespect EHS prescriptions and rules; wear all prescribed PPE for related activities and work station.Qualifications and ExperienceA preferential requisite is previous work experience, even short, in production sites as an assembling operator.Basic knowledge of machining with lathe and milling machines is a plus.Competencies and skills:Capability to perform mechanical assembly of components and productsKnowledge and ability to read a technical drawing (assembly and component)Knowledge and capability to use basic measurement tools and torqueing toolsKnowledge and capability to use traditional milling and lathe machines for machiningAbility to identify problems and malfunctionsCapability to strictly follow written instructionsManual dexterityGood attitude for teamworkProfessional accuracy and seriousnessYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
