We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting YOUR TASKS You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests You are in charge of the welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create the best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy You respond to our guests' personal and phone enquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional services You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc. You work in a team and are ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar) You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day, evening and night shifts YOUR PROFILE You have initial experience and are passionate about hospitality You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling, dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together You have good knowledge of a front office system ( ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) You are fluent in Italian (C1) and English, any other language is an advantage (Spanish is a plus) You are ready to work in early/ late shifts, during the weekends, public holidays, etc. You are creative and passionate about social media WHAT MEININGER OFFERS Attractive Salary 2 days off for humanitarian activities Gift voucher for special occasions Every year you spend with us, you get an extra vacation day (up to 5 days) Regular get-togethers, celebrations and occasional parties (winter and summer team events) Quarterly evaluation rounds to make sure you’re still happy M-goal projects to develop personal and professional skills Staff nights and Friends & Family discount The occasional opportunity to travel to support new openings or exchange programs Open Up: Access 1:1 sessions with certified psychologists for MEININGER employees and their families.
