OverviewDescriptionCF Flex is an Amazon program that accelerates the supply chain with our key suppliers, reducing costs and carbon footprint. We implement Amazon Fulfillment technology and processes directly in supplier warehouses to prepare and ship customer orders. Each CF Flex site operates independently, like a small warehouse.ResponsibilitiesAs CF Flex Control Tower Control Specialist, you will be called to support the remote execution of processes at CF Flex sites.Collaborate with the operations team, the supplier representative and other internal/external stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor performance metrics and KPIs.Contribute to the development of reporting tools.Support the operations team by providing informative reports.Assist in analyzing and understanding the main influencing factors.Travel up to 20% of the time may be required, as well as flexibility in working hours and shifts to provide on-site support at CF Flex sites.About The TeamAmazon operations are at the heart of the customer experience.
