We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our Connectors Team. Prepare technical documentation, detailed 3D/2D drawings, and BOMs for production. Develop and refine product concepts and through sketches, CAD models, and prototypes. Collaborate with the other engineering teams to verify and finalize product requirements and specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and support design validation through simulations and testing. Ensure designs meet performance, cost, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on materials, manufacturing processes, and design trends. Master’s degree or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Product Design Engineering or related field. Proven experience in product development and design engineering (at least 5 years). Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, or similar). Ability to perform FEM analysis to support design development and validation, or to collaborate with external consultants. Solid knowledge of key manufacturing processes (Injection Molding, Machining, Casting, etc.). Knowledge of materials commonly used in these processes (plastics, rubbers, metals, etc.). Experienced in selecting materials based on requirements. Skilled in physical prototyping and model-making techniques. Solid knowledge of PDM/PLM/ERP software (SolidWorks PDM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or similar). Fluent in spoken and written English. Please attach your updated CV in English to your application.
