Join us to make a difference We are looking for an open minded, highly motivated person to reinforce our Technology Infrastructure team with a permanent contract. In this role you will be responsible for managing and evolving our SCM and CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration, security, and quality across our development lifecycle. You will be part of a dynamic and growing Expert.ai team, working closely with development teams and external vendors to deliver robust DevOps solutions. You will manage security scanning tools, artifact repositories, and CI/CD pipelines that enable our teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions with confidence. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in enterprise DevOps practices, security automation, and modern development toolchains. You will use your technical expertise to drive automation, implement security best practices, and optimize our development workflows. The HeadQuarters are based in Modena; work from home flexibility can be evaluated according to the job position and to the candidate experience. Main Responsibilities: Ownership of SCM+CI/CD Suite Coordinate and manage migration projects while maintaining relationships with external vendors Acquire expertise from vendors to ensure autonomous post-migration management Execute migration plans according to defined best practices Act as interface with development teams to gather and implement CI/CD requirements Validate pipelines, define quality gates, and test integrations Implement compliance controls (SOC2/GDPR) Manage cut-over and rollback procedures Document processes for internal team and ensure knowledge
