Cerchiamo una persona curiosa e concreta per il ruolo di Process Engineer che abbia voglia di mettere del proprio nell’ottimizzazione dei processi. Il Gruppo Alpac è una realtà che progetta e realizza soluzioni per il comfort abitativo e l’efficienza energetica. All’interno del nostro team di Ingegneria di Gruppo, stiamo cercando una persona che aiuti a creare alcuni progetti volti a rendere i nostri processi produttivi più efficienti, organizzati e sostenibili. Se ti piace analizzare, progettare, coordinare e vedere i risultati concreti del tuo lavoro nell’ambito produttivo (processi e persone), potresti essere la persona giusta. Cosa farai concretamenteAnalizzi i processi produttivi individuando dove e come migliorare tempi, metodi e flussi di lavoro; Presidi le pre-serie e contribuisci alla definizione dei processi per i nuovi prodotti o nuovi impianti; Progetti layout, attrezzature e ausili per la produzione (carrelli, maschere, strutture 3D ecc.) con Autocad e Inventor; Gestisci sia importanti progetti di miglioramento continuo (dal bisogno iniziale fino all’implementazione interagendo con più funzioni) con budget dedicato, sia piccole attività che caratterizzano il day by day; Fai analisi ergonomiche e di efficienza delle postazioni di lavoro; Realizzi report tecnici e monitori i risultati delle azioni implementate.In sintesi: guarderai i processi con occhio critico, proporrai soluzioni e farai in modo che prendano forma. Requisiti Desideriamo incontrare una persona con Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, gestionale o Industriale) oppure diploma tecnico con esperienza simile. È necessaria un’esperienza di 2/5 anni in ruoli di process engineering, tempi e metodi o miglioramento continuo. Servono competenze nell’uso di Autocad e Inventor per la parte progettuale, soluzioni pratiche, conoscenze di logiche dei processi e distinte base produttive. Apprezzato è anche un approccio analitico, ordinato e multitasking; capace di presidiare con responsabilità, autonomia e focus sull’obiettivo i propri progetti a budget. Ti piace lavorare in squadra e non ti spaventa sporcarti le mani in reparto, coordinando e collaborando con gruppi di lavoro interfunzionali.
