You will build a detailed version with objective scoring, then write an ambiguous version intended to train the agent to succeed with less hand‑holding. ResponsibilitiesDevelop training prompts and tasks that challenge AI agents and expose edge cases. Refine model responses and shape how useful these models become for future work. Collaborate with the quality team during qualification and onboarding. Maintain clear, structured documentation of tasks and guidelines.RequirementsBachelor’s, Master’s or PhD Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Auditing, Economics, Taxation, Financial Accounting, or other business/quantitative fields with a finance focus. Minimum of 3 years of professional industry experience in finance or a related field (e.g., investment firms, banks, consulting firms, financial institutions, or government ministries). Experience in cross‑functional, applied, or international projects is an advantage, particularly where expertise has been applied in real‑world or consulting contexts. Having CFA or any related globally recognized qualification is an advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Excel (advanced), باقي, Python, MATLAB, SQL. Ability to write clearly and professionally, including explaining complex tasks in simple, structured language.
