We set the industry standard for vehicle transportation in Europe offering higher reliability and faster service through our disruptive model and continuous innovation.With 10M raised in our Series B funding round in 2024 and a footprint in France Italy and Germany we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years.Job descriptionWe are looking for our future Operations Specialist to join to join our 4-person team which oversees international operations across France Germany Italy and the this role you will ensure the highest quality of service and operational performance for our clients (carsharing partners) reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor. You will be the point of reference for real-time mission execution (Live Ops) and the backbone of our driver partner community Main ResponsibilitiesDaily Operational Management : Manage day-to-day operations for several key car-sharing partners monitoring ongoing missions and resolving issues to ensure every assignment is completed on time.Community Relations : Manage and support the driver community by building strong long-term relationships based on trust.
