Job OverviewThe Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing the company's accounting and tax situation, ensuring that administrative and accounting processes are followed correctly in compliance with deadlines and current legislation.ResponsibilitiesManaging administrative documentation related to company activities.Monitoring every accounting entry in compliance with the deadlines assigned.QualificationsIdentifies the operational procedures for the accounting treatment of transactions, applying the rules imposed by civil law and accounting principles for bookkeeping.Carefully carries out periodic tax accounting records, making any corrections where necessary.Verifies accounting movements related to the Company's business activities.Takes care of the production of reports, monitoring the flows to ensure the economic‑financial health of the company.Manages the customer portfolio, taking care of one or more customers directly or through local branches on the assigned geographical areas, and developing and strengthening commercial partnerships.Has the responsibility of managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, …) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel.Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities.Additional RequirementsDiploma di Ragioneria e/o Laurea ad indirizzo economico.1-3 anni di esperienza maturata in ambito accounting.Conoscenza lingua inglese (almeno B2).Conoscenza SAP (plus).Time Management.Organizzazione del lavoro e rispetto delle scadenze.Team working.Riservatezza.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion#J-18808-Ljbffr
