Lean Field Operations Manager – Baker HughesFlorence, Tuscany, ItalyAre you passionate about services project management innovation and Continuous Improvement with a strong focus on Lean Management?Join our Industrial Energy Technology Services (IET) team to provide industry‑leading products and solutions to increase overall plant efficiency and rejuvenation.Partner with the bestKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the entire IET service outage portfolio by contract and execution model through a Lean Management lensIdentify, lead and facilitate Lean initiatives across the organization, including process improvement, waste reduction and problem‑solving activitiesPartner with operations teams to cultivate and promote Lean principles, tools and methodologies, ensuring they are embraced and adopted across the organizationIncorporate Lean principles into daily work routines, including visual management on site, daily huddles and problem‑solving activitiesDevelop business cases for identified initiatives, prioritise and drive their implementation, and measure results in terms of customer outcomes and business sustainabilityDevelop and implement Lean KPIs to measure performance and identify waste; make data‑driven decisions on where to continue or pivotDevelop, promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen)Periodically update senior leadership on the progress of the execution excellence and productivity program, communicating best practices and success stories to drive continuous improvement across the organizationLead the development of VSMs and Kaizen workshopsProvide coaching on lean practices: offer ongoing coaching to ensure the proper use of Lean principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvementQualificationsHold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a higher technical qualificationHave experience driving continuous process improvement and applying Lean methodologies in business operationsPossess knowledge and hands‑on experience with Lean principles, tools and methodologies, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen eventsBe an expert in Agile and Lean methodologies as well as Six Sigma, with a strong eagerness for continuous learningHave knowledge of IET products and field service experienceDemonstrate a strong data‑gathering and process‑oriented mindsetBe financially focused with the ability to leverage HSE and Quality to achieve operational targetsPossess broad business acumen to effectively collaborate with and lead large remote cross‑functional and diverse teamsBe a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, passionate about innovation and committed to challenging the status quoBe an excellent motivator and communicatorBe available to travel up to 30% of the timeHave strong organizational skillsContinuously seek new ways of doing things (creativity)Key SkillsComputer HardwareCustomer ServiceHand ToolsComputer NetworkingField ServicePOSWindowsMechanical KnowledgeService Technician ExperienceMerchandisingProject CoordinationTroubleshootingEmployment Type : Full‑TimeVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
