Reporting to the Spare Parts Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our partners with technical and logistical spare parts inquiries, while contributing to the daily operations and workforce coordination of our warehouse.What You'll DoAct as the first point of contact for inquiries related to spare parts pricing, availability, and technical specificationsHandle order processing, shipping, returns, and logistics coordinationUse technical drawings, exploded diagrams, and ERP tools to identify correct parts and suggest improvements to digital tools and processesCollaborate with R&D and Product Managers to manage spare parts lifecycle, including creation, updates, and obsolescence analysisWarehouse OperationsSupport daily warehouse activities including inbound/outbound material handling, stock monitoring, and kitting task assignmentHelp prevent stockouts and ensure inventory accuracyAssist in parcel preparation during peak periodsCollect feedback from partners to identify cost‑effective alternatives and share insights with PurchasingStep in for the Warehouse Manager when needed to ensure continuity of serviceWhat You BringStrong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindsetAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersCommitment to excellence and customer satisfactionResilience under pressure and a drive to close tasks with precisionTeam spirit and adaptability in a collaborative environmentFluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plusValid forklift license or willingness to obtain oneWhy Join UsSupport from a global organization with local agilityLearn from experienced professionals and grow your careerBe part of a company that values character, creativity, courage and communityConnect with us on LinkedIn for our latest content and news: Marmon Foodservice Technologies EIMEAFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job‑related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
