We aim to form a community of saints, scholars, and scientists who serve the Church and society informed by faith, reason, and virtue.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time adjunct Biology Instructor position at the Catholic Institute of Technology. The role involves teaching during the period from January 12 to March 20, 2026. Each week, the instructor will be responsible for 6 hours of teaching (3 hours of lecture and 3 hours of recitation/problem-solving), in addition to preparation outside of class. The instructor will also be conducting an ongoing research project in the greater Rome area and will welcome one student for the term to serve as a research assistant, learning the fundamentals of experimental biology.QualificationsProficiency in Biology Experience in teaching college-level coursesStrong communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and studentsPh.D. in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (preferred)Note: This position is in-person on our campus in Castel Gandolfo.
