With a strong focus on quality, community, and innovation, Coco Development Group continues to expand its portfolio of resort-style residences and investment properties in prime Bali locations. We Are Looking For A Creative Director to lead and oversee all marketing and social media initiatives, shaping the brand identity and driving impactful creative campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing, branding, and social media strategies aligned with company objectives Lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs Oversee social media channels, campaigns, and content creation Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative solutions Mentor and guide the marketing and creative teams Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand presence Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Director or senior creative role Fluent in English at professional level Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing campaigns, branding, and social media management Preferably experience in real estate, lifestyle, or other high-end industries Excellent understanding of digital marketing, branding, and design principles Leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Must be based in Bali and available to join immediately in January References from previous employers or clients are preferred What We Offer Hybrid working arrangement (Bali-based with remote flexibility) Opportunity to lead the creative direction of a growing development group Professional and collaborative work environment BPJS Application Procedure Submit your CV, references, and portfolio when you apply.
