You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with the client and subcontractors, and ensure that quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.Your RolePlan, organize, and control all phases of project execution, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical specifications.Lead and supervise engineering, procurement, and construction activities to achieve project milestones.Monitor project performance and progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when needed.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers on‑site.Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and company policies across all activities.Prepare and present project progress reports to top management and the client.Represent the company in meetings with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.Promote a culture of teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.Your ProfileDegree in Engineering or related technical discipline.8–10 years of experience in project management within civil, industrial, or oil & gas construction projects.Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.Strong knowledge of construction processes, HSE standards, and contract management.Proficiency in project management and planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Fluent in English (Portuguese is an advantage).Project & Conditions ️Work Schedule:26 days/month (1 day off per week)Rotation:60 days on‑site / 15 days leaveWhat’s in it for you?Join a globally recognized company with a strong international project portfolio.Take on a leading role in a complex, multicultural environment.Enhance your global project management expertise within a company known for technical excellence and sustainable innovation.Seniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustries Staffing and RecruitingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hu‑Talent by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
