Porsche Consulting, Milano Partner – Life Science We are looking for an Associate Partner or Partner with a proven experience in business development within the Life Sciences industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As trusted advisors, we support our clients in transforming their businesses and shaping the future. Drive Strategic Growth : Play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector by identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech companies. Build and nurture long-term client relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor. Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. A PhD or MBA would be preferred. Industry Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record in delivering growth projects within the Life Science industry. Experience in Industrial Life Science and Med Tech would be preferred. Language Skills : Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in German is considered a strong asset. Communication Excellence : Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations. Leadership Experience : Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and collaboration. Cultural Fit : Resilient, adaptable with a visionary outlook and a hands-on approach to solving client challenges. This role requires a high degree of travel flexibility .
