Project ManagerHitachi Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of projects for our Transformers business unit based in Monselice (PD). The role guarantees the alignment of all project activities with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.ResponsibilitiesLead the project team, define main guidelines, allocate tasks, motivate and monitor internal and external resources, and provide performance feedback.Develop project plan documents in collaboration with the Project Controls department, covering scope, financials, schedule, and risk management.Ensure the project follows best practices and Hitachi Energy policies, monitor progress and resource utilisation, control financials, invoicing, cost, expenses, and cash flow, identify and manage risks, capture lessons learned, and formally close the project with contractual acceptance.Manage contract and claims, coordinate procurement, and support negotiations with suppliers and contract changes.Serve as the key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues, building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication.Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.Live the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for personal actions while caring for colleagues and the business.QualificationsBachelor / Master degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or Economics.At least 2 years of project management experience in complex, structured industrial environments.PM certification is a plus.Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B2).Strong problem‑solving, communication, proactivity, and attention to detail.BenefitsHealth insurancePension fundWelfareSmart workingFlexible working hoursCanteenAbout Hitachi EnergyHitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with digital at the core.
