Lead Global Communications for a High-Growth Technology Innovator Our client, a rapidly scaling global technology company with a European headquarters in Milan, is looking for a visionary and strategic Global Head of Corporate Communications to lead its global reputation and narrative across key markets in EMEA, North America, and APAC. This is a high-impact, in-house leadership role for a communications expert with international experience, a strong grasp of technology trends, and a passion for corporate storytelling. Working closely with the CEO and wider executive team, you will drive an integrated communications strategy that supports growth, strengthens corporate reputation, and aligns with the company’s mission and values on the global stage. What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Corporate Communications Develop and execute a comprehensive global corporate communications strategy spanning media relations, corporate reputation, executive positioning, and internal engagementAct as senior advisor to the C-suite on strategic communications, corporate positioning, and issues managementLead on all major corporate moments, including funding rounds, product launches, partnerships, regulatory updates, and crisis communicationsManage global media relations and cultivate strong relationships with tier-one business and technology media across Europe, the US, and AsiaOversee consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms – from press materials and thought leadership to internal comms and digital channelsBuild and lead a high-performing international team of in-house and agency partnersDrive internal communications strategy to foster employee engagement, cultural alignment, and change management through periods of scalingMonitor reputational risk and ensure the business is prepared for issues response across a range of jurisdictions and marketsCollaborate closely with Investor Relations, Marketing, ESG, HR, and Legal functions to align messaging and protect brand integrity globallyWhat They’re Looking For Proven experience in senior-level corporate communications roles, preferably within a fast-growth, global tech companyExpertise in global media strategy, stakeholder engagement, and executive communicationsA strong network across the international business, technology, and financial pressExcellent command of English (written and spoken) and Italian; other languages an advantageExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a strong strategic lensAdept at navigating complex issues and communicating with clarity during times of change or reputational challengeA confident leader with a collaborative, global mindset and the ability to inspire across cultures and time zonesCommercially minded, organised, and energised by driving innovation and results in a high-growth environmentBenefits Highly competitive salary with annual performance bonus and equity package30 days paid holiday + national holidaysFlexible hybrid working policyPrivate medical insurance and wellness allowanceExecutive coaching and professional development supportInternational mobility and 'Work from Anywhere' flexibilityEnhanced parental leave and return-to-work supportOnsite perks including meals, events, and learning sessionsIf you're a global communicator ready to lead at the intersection of technology, innovation, and reputation, we want to hear from you.
