Our primary areas of safety focus are on our Facilities Management and Project & Development Services. With the globalization of our client base, we are centralizing our HSSE teams to provide strategic and operational direction for HSSE performance and drive global consistency and excellence.Role PurposeThe HSSE Sub-regional Lead will manage the implementation of JLL's HSSE management systems across client sites in a designated sub-region (Italy). The objective is to ensure employees and contractors return home safe and healthy, minimize environmental impact, and deliver incident reduction, proactive client engagement, and alignment across sub-regions.This role provides tactical HSSE leadership, ensuring sites in the sub-region comply with JLL, client, and local regulatory requirements. You will be the primary HSSE contact for Italy, deploying EMEA strategies locally, managing risk, and fostering a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
