Senior Energy Buyer Stellantis is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission: to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions. We are looking for a Senior Energy Buyer to manage our company's procurement activities worldwide. You will intervene in all regions and countries, address the volatility of the energy market, and develop sourcing strategies to meet program price targets. Responsibilities Define the commodity strategy in your area, analysing industry and demand trends and developing and implementing sourcing strategies. Manage supplier panel relationships and performance, resolving issues and concerns. Source new suppliers in your domain. Serve as the purchasing interface for the project and engineering teams during the development phase, from supplier nomination to the start of production. Manage contract relationships and negotiate with suppliers during bids. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Research and identify prospective suppliers. Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements. Qualifications Engineering degree, energy knowledge is a plus. 4+ years of experience as an Energy Buyer or in a similar role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple programmes and sourcing activities in parallel. Performance‑oriented thinking. Team player with strong organisational skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategically.
