We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cost Control & Pricing Analyst to join our Controlling Department. The ideal candidate will support pricing activities, commercial performance analysis, and cost evaluation across multiple geographies, working closely with Product Development, Sales, and other key business functions. Position Responsibilities Manage pricing analysis, from target cost definition to coordination with Sales for price approval. Review and approve commercial sales programs (pre-booking). Evaluate and approve sales plans for phase-out products. Analyze and approve year-end bonus schemes for major accounts. Use BI tools to prepare commercial performance reports. Conduct sales dilution analysis by geographic area. Analyze product purchasing costs. Assess COGS across multiple hubs and regions. Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in this field. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Fluent command of the English language (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets. Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
