Tecnico After Sales / After Sales Engineer Azienda: Importante realtà industriale strutturata e in crescita Per il potenziamento della funzione After Sales, ricerchiamo una figura ibrida tra tecnico e sales , capace di coniugare competenze tecniche, visione di processo e orientamento al cliente. La risorsa sarà un punto di riferimento per i clienti nella fase post-vendita, contribuendo alla soddisfazione del cliente e allo sviluppo del business After Sales. Gestione tecnica delle richieste post-vendita (assistenza, ricambi, upgrade, contratti di servizio) Interfaccia diretta con clienti, area commerciale e ufficio tecnico Analisi delle esigenze del cliente e proposta di soluzioni tecniche ed economiche Supporto alla forza vendita nella fase di fidelizzazione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti Coordinamento con produzione, logistica e service per garantire tempi e qualità di risposta Contributo al miglioramento dei processi After Sales Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (preferenziale) o Ingegneria Meccanica/Elettronica Esperienza di almeno 2–3 anni in ruoli After Sales, Service, Technical Sales o Customer Service tecnico Buona capacità di lettura di documentazione tecnica Attitudine commerciale e orientamento al cliente Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Capacità di mediazione tra esigenze tecniche e commerciali Cosa offre l’azienda
