Content Marketing & Community - InternshipWho we are & vision: Pacini Group, real estate advisory, hospitality development & hotel management, has been creating projects dedicated to the art of hospitality with experience, commitment and creativity for over 20 years. In the development of the project we follow all the phases, from asset strategy to hotel management, using a multidisciplinary approach and an unconventional vision. Passion and creativity are the pillars of the group, applied with constant commitment to the search for always innovative creations. Mission: We are looking for a young, curious and motivated intern to join our marketing team. The selected candidate must have the following characteristics: Responsabilities: Supporting in the management of the reputation online of the hotel Support the department in implementing and developing digital, website, newsletter and social media activities of the Headquarters' social media platform Assisting in the development of the social media calendar for the hotel of the group Support in the organization and handling of photo/video shootings Supporting the team in the creation of presentations Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written Creativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiences Good to copywrite for captions and b2c communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms Intermediate knowledge of photo/video editing tools Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Suite (photoshop, acrobat e ecc) Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in social media management Interest in the fashion, beauty & design area Passionate about social media, storytelling, and content marketing
