Your role will revolve around ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and leaves the customer satisfied.Your main responsibilities will include:Delivering High-Quality Support: Engage with Italian-speaking customers, answering queries with accuracy, patience, and professionalism. You’ll help customers feel heard and supported, delivering clear and effective solutions tailored to their needs.Becoming a Project Expert: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the products, processes, and support procedures so you can offer customers informed and confident assistance.Troubleshooting with Skill: Diagnose and resolve issues effectively, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps. Escalate complex matters to the right teams to ensure fast and complete resolutions.Accurate Documentation: Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
