This role sits at the intersection of Sustainability, Corporate and Regional marketing, and Commercial Excellence. The successful candidate will help articulate our sustainability story, support customer-facing teams with impactful materials, and ensure alignment with our global Corporate Sustainability Framework.Key Responsibilities1. EMEA Sustainability Marketing & CommunicationsDevelop and execute sustainability marketing campaigns, content, and messaging aligned with corporate priorities.Create high-quality content—including presentations, white papers case studies, and product sustainability narratives.Support global internal and external communications to raise awareness of sustainability commitments, progress, and achievements.Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt and localize sustainability messaging.2. Commercial Enablement & Customer EngagementPartner with global commercial teams to embed sustainability value propositions into customer engagements.Develop customer-facing tools and resources (sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, lifecycle impact summaries, etc.).Train and prepare commercial teams on sustainability topics, messaging, and emerging trends.Support strategic customer meetings, events, and industry forums, conferences by providing compelling sustainability narratives and materials.3. Support for the Corporate Sustainability FrameworkWork closely with the Corporate Sustainability team to ensure all marketing assets and communications align with the company’s sustainability strategy, commitments, and reporting.Translate technical sustainability data and performance updates into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.Support the development and rollout of internal sustainability frameworks, programs, and best-practice tools.Contribute to ESG reporting communications and the integration of sustainability messaging across business units.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).5–8+ years of experience in sustainability communications, marketing, corporate affairs, or related roles.Strong understanding of sustainability concepts (e.g., circularity, carbon footprint, ESG, sustainable product design).Proven ability to translate technical or scientific information into clear, compelling messages.Experience supporting global teams and operating in a matrix environment.Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively across cultures and time zones.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong attention to detailClear and persuasive communicatorCollaborative and relationship-orientedProject management excellenceCreativity and innovation in content developmentHigh professional integrity and commitment to sustainability#J-18808-Ljbffr
