Gli Osservatori Digital Innovation della School of Management del Politecnico di Milano nascono nel 1999 con l'obiettivo di fare cultura in tutti i principali ambiti di Innovazione Digitale.Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Product & Business Manager con passione per l'innovazione digitale, i contenuti digitali e forte visione strategica e mentalità imprenditoriale, per guidare l'evoluzione di Osservatori.net, la piattaforma premium di contenuti, percorsi di aggiornamento e servizi digitali degli Osservatori Digital Innovation.Le attività su cui potrai dare un contributo:- Guidare la strategia e la roadmap di evoluzione della piattaforma Osservatori.net - Far evolvere modello di business, pricing e posizionamento - Interfacciarsi con altre funzioni (es. marketing, vendite, customer care e IT) sui progetti chiave di evoluzione, coordinando il contributo di ciascuna - Governare la qualità della piattaforma: UX, funzionalità, discoverability dei contenuti - Monitorare e ottimizzare i KPI e le metriche di performance della piattaforma (es. funnel, engagement, retention), identificando eventuali azioni correttive - Guidare l'innovazione della piattaforma, proponendo e implementando nuove soluzioni (es. AI, chatbot, personalizzazione)I requisiti e le caratteristiche che ricerchiamo:- Esperienza di almeno 6/7 anni in product management B2B, preferibilmente nel settore digitale, eLearning o simili, orientato allo sviluppo di business digitali/piattaforme di subscription B2B - Esperienza concreta nello sviluppo strategico di un prodotto digitale, non solo nella gestione - Laurea in Discipline Economiche, Comunicazione, Marketing o ambiti affini - Italiano madrelingua e conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese - Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office - Conoscenza di piattaforme di eCommerce, CRM (es. Salesforce), tool di marketing automation (es. Hubspot, Mailchimp) - Buona conoscenza di marketing digitale, funnel B2B e logiche di conversione/retention - Ottime capacità di organizzazione, pianificazione e coordinamento cross-funzionale - Attitudine imprenditoriale, approccio analitico, orientamento all'execution
