From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your Challenge As Commercial Finance & Bid Specialist your mission will be to manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition.Cooperate with Bid & proposal office, sales office and contract manager to prepare comprehensive, on‑time, competitive offers.Analyze customer requests, tender documents, derive bidding strategies, and conduct contract negotiations until the contract is signed.Manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition: contract analysis, cost calculation, cash‑flow projections, business models, taxation, financing concepts, currency, risks and opportunities, credit rating, etc.Elaborate and present offers and complex issues transparently to executive management.Prepare LOA (Limit of Authority) documentation, meetings and provide regular reporting on bid status.Negotiate T&Cs with customers and business partners and other stakeholders respecting the frame of LoA.Perform sales data analysis for driving decisions on reach, customers, pricing, markets, etc.Provide timely and qualitative information about bid projects and sales activities to maintain transparency and enable the management to take timely, correct actions.To be a perfect fit for this roleEducation background in finance or equivalent.Proven experience in a similar commercial/finance role within a project‑driven environment.Knowledge of controlling & reporting in sales & bid phase as well as commercial sales & bid‑related tools.Great teammate and business oriented.Highly self‑motivated, capable of handling rapid changes in a growing business.A growth mindset.Proficiency in English and Italian.Eligibility to work in Italy.What We OfferFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools, personal computer, smartphone; Wi‑Fi reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and ex‑professional accident insurance; free on‑site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty of opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys.An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself.Siemens is an equal‑opportunity employer, offering a safe and inclusive work environment based on mutual respect and the appreciation of uniqueness, guaranteeing equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates to unleash their full potential.Seniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function FinanceIndustries Automation Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
