In this dynamic role, you will be essential in directing and managing projects within a large international logistics environment. Your leadership will drive the successful implementation of WMS/TMS solutions, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently. You will be collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders while overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to closure. As a key player, you will also facilitate workshops and manage project risks. This is a remote position within Europe. AccountabilitiesLead and manage WMS/TMS projects from initiation to closure. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and conduct gap analysis. Coordinate project teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Manage stakeholder communications and project documentation. Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects. Identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies.RequirementsFluent in English. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field. Formal Structured Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince II, PMP, AGILE). At least 5 years’ experience in a large international logistic environment. 2-5+ years of IT Project Management experience. Proven experience in managing project teams.
