Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs
This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity, allowing you to manage your workload independently.
Requirements Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
Familiarity with recruitment tools and online platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
Fluency in English
