La nostra cultura aziendale si distingue per un approccio giovane, dinamico e innovativo, e siamo stati recentemente premiati con il riconoscimento Radar Academy Company for Generation Z, a testimonianza del nostro impegno verso l’inclusione e l’evoluzione generazionale.Posizione: uno/a ADDETTO/A ALLE VENDITE per un part‑time da inserire nel team del nostro punto vendita di Genova.Sede: Genova, Via XX Settembre. n.17/19/21Durata: 3 mesi | Ore: 20 ore settimanali su turniCosa farai ogni giornoAccoglierai ogni cliente con il sorriso e lo guiderai nella scoperta delle nostre collezioni, creando un’esperienza di acquisto coinvolgente e personalizzata;Sarai Brand Ambassador, rappresentando i valori e l’immagine del brand, trasmettendo l’autenticità e l’eccellenza del brand ad ogni cliente che entra nel nostro punto vendita;Contribuirai al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita individuali e di team;Curerai l’allestimento del punto vendita seguendo le linee guida di Visual Merchandising;Assieme al Team, garantirai il mantenimento dell’ordine e degli spazi vendita e del magazzino;Ti occuperai delle attività di cassa e di back office, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali;Utilizzerai i KPI di performance come strumento di miglioramento continuo;RequisitiEsperienza pregressa in ruoli simili nel Retail Fashion o analoghi (almeno 1 anno);Ti appassiona la vendita assistita e sei naturalmente predisposto/a alla relazione con il cliente;Sei energico/a, flessibile e pronto/a a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi;Hai una forte motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;Ti piace lavorare in team e condividere successi;Comunichi in modo efficace e professionale;Conoscenza base della lingua inglese (preferenziale).Cosa offriamoContratto part‑time 20h;Opportunità di crescita all’interno di una realtà in continua espansione;Sconto dipendenti su tutte le collezioni Primadonna Collection;Periodo di formazione retribuito (che potrà svolgersi anche in un punto vendita limitrofo).Altre informazioniPrimadonna S.p.A. opera nel rispetto della parità di genere e con l’impegno di sostenere l’inclusività e la diversity: Scopri di più.Tutte le posizioni aperte sono rivolte anche ai profili appartenenti alle Categorie Protette l.68/99.#J-18808-Ljbffr
