FINANCIAL CONTROL Closing managementCollection, validation, and monthly/quarterly analysis of activity (P&L)Preparation and validation of annual and quarterly budgetsPerformance analysis and implementation of corrective measures (Activity, Billing, Cost, Margin, Forecasts, Cash Flow)Monthly synthesis and communication of results to ManagementManagement of the entire administrative division (Business, Sales Administration, Payroll, Banking, IT)Coordination with the Group’s accounting teams and the external accounting firmAnalysisPerformance analysis of entities and implementation of improvement measuresMonitoring and control of revenue, WIP, accruals, margins, OPEX, CAPEXConducting cost audits of subsidiariesMonitoring of working capital, DSO, cash position, and subsidiary debt2. OPERATIONAL CONTROLResponsible for the reliability of non-financial data (e.g., workforce tracking)Production and improvement of financial reporting models (results, forecasts, cash flow)Creation of reports and development of key performance indicators (KPIs)Responsible for monitoring and effectively deploying new analytical tools (margins, performance), particularly via Power BIAd hoc contributionsContribution to cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives within the international zoneParticipation in acquisition projectsParticipation in occasional audits (P&L and Balance Sheet)WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ADVENTUREA Master’s degree (Business School, Master in Accounting/Finance, or DSCG)Excellent command of English, both written and spokenA first experience in audit or management controlStrong listening and organizational skillsEnergy, rigor, ambition, and reactivityWHAT THIS ADVENTURE UNLOCKS FOR YOUA fast-track opportunity to growIntegration into a dynamic, supportive team certified Great Place To WorkReady to take on new challenges in a stimulating environment?
