Per azienda cliente di Gessate operante nel settore delle soluzioni di controllo dei fluidi cerchiamo un Production Planning Coordinator che coordini il team di pianificazione (2 planner) e ottimizzi i flussi produttivi.Responsabilità:✔ Coordinare il team di pianificazione e supportarne la crescita✔ Pianificare i processi produttivi✔ Gestire materiali, risorse e interfaccia con acquisti e produzione✔ Analizzare forecast e ordini cliente per garantire i lead time✔ Applicare metodologia Kanban, Lean e MRP✔ Utilizzare gestionali AS400 , JD Edwards e ExcelRequisiti:Laurea/diploma tecnico con background Supply Chain3-5 anni di esperienza in pianificazione produzione o supply chain (preferibile automotive o aziende strutturate)Conoscenza metodologie Lean e gestione magazzinoBuona conoscenza della lingua IngleseAttitudine analitica e capacità di relazioneSoft Skills:Leadership collaborativaProblem solvingFlessibilità e orientamento al miglioramentoOfferta:Contatto a tempo indeterminato, RAL indicativa: circa 45 - 50 K + bonus (10%)Smart working : 1 giorno a settimanaBuoni pastoOpportunità di crescita interna
