OverviewQC Spa of Wonders is seeking a Business Analyst for the Commercial Direction office at QC Terme spas and resorts. The role supports strategic activities related to occupancy and commercial performance of the group’s spa and hotel portfolio in domestic and global markets.Who we are looking forA proactive and analytical person who can turn data into concrete insights and who is eager to grow in a dynamic and continuously expanding environment, contributing directly to the improvement of operational and commercial KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze main performance indicators related to occupancy, revenue, bookings and operational flows of the structures.Create periodic reports and dashboards to support commercial decisions.Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities.Collaborate with Booking and Revenue departments to propose corrective actions and optimization strategies.Monitor daily, weekly and seasonal occupancy data.Support the definition of promotions and pricing policies.Study competitors and benchmark the market.Assist in planning calendar openings and closures of the structures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.Brief experience in data analysis, management control or performance monitoring.Excellent knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Good command of English.Problem solving attitude and teamwork spirit.BenefitsFull-time contract, initially temporary with a real possibility for a permanent position.The recruitment is open to candidates of both sexes.Le persone interessate e in linea con il profilo ricercato, potranno inviare un CV corredato di foto e autorizz al trattamento dei dati personali, secondo la normativa vigente.#J-18808-Ljbffr
