Quality for us means more than just tests, we're driven by delivering exceptional experiences to our users, continuously monitoring performance metrics and quality indicators to optimize every aspect of the app.This commitment to quality and testing allows us to ship new features every single week, while maintaining the stability and performance our users expect.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative features that delight our users.Participate in the entire development lifecycle: technical design, implementation, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.Review code and design documents, provide feedback on product specs, and contribute to improving engineering standards.Contribute to developer workflows, mentor teammates, and grow both technical and non-technical skills.Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and approaches.Ship your work to millions of users—experience the unique impact and responsibility of working on a consumer application at scale.Job RequirementsProficiency in native Android development using Kotlin and ComposeExperience working with large-scale, modular codebases and monorepo architecturesStrong understanding of software architecture and design patternsExperience with DI tools like Dagger and HiltSolid testing practices including unit and UI using JUnit, Espresso and RobolectricKnowledge of CI/CD processes and test automationFamiliarity with Gradle build systemsPassion for code quality, maintainability, and engineering excellenceFlexible working hours and smart working policyCompetitive total remuneration based on experienceWork with OKRs goal-setting frameworkHealthcare plan, welfare plan and wellbeing initiativesDynamic and supportive work environmentGrowth and training opportunitiesBe part of a team that’s shaping the future of online marketplaces in Italy.
