This role is responsible for coordinating shipment operations, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring efficient delivery execution while maintaining service excellence.Daily OperationsMonitor real-time tracking IDs for pending deliveriesCoordinate with stations for shipment rescue operationsCollect and communicate station feedback to shippersProcess shipper requests for specific tracking IDsGenerate and share performance reportsHandle time-sensitive escalationsRequired QualificationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time-management and organizational abilitiesAnalytical mindset with problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in logistics or transportationBackground in customer service or stakeholder managementExperience with shipping/tracking systemsKnowledge of supply chain operationsSkills & CompetenciesProfessional communicationStakeholder managementProblem-solvingTime managementData analysisProcess improvementMulti-taskingEscalation managementWork EnvironmentFast-paced, dynamic logistics environmentMay require flexible working hoursTeam-oriented atmosphereInterested candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence and possess the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and enhance delivery performance through active coordination with stations and shippersManage real-time tracking of pending deliveries and implement rescue operations as neededExecute standard operational tasks based on shipper requests following established SOPsFacilitate clear communication channels between multiple stakeholdersGenerate and distribute regular performance reportsHandle escalations through appropriate channelsIdentify trends and propose process improvementsMaintain performance metrics at or above target levelsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statisticsExperience with SQLPreferred QualificationsExperience with ExcelOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
