We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with experience in battery or automotive industry and strong attitude to change management, who want to work for the development of our lithium batteries project in Teverola. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, purpose-drive professional who wants to help us in the deployment of one of the most important projects in Europe. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToReporting to Sales Director To develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's business by using a variety of sources To gain a deep understanding of key local customers' needs and requirements Act as the link between external customers and internal key stakeholders (technical office) To support the company in participating to local tenders on energy storage projects To identify and explore commercial opportunities within the area of competence To develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with Key local customers To resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints in order to maintain trust between the customer and organisation To engage with internal colleagues such as other Key
