Agile Coach

OverviewBased in La Spezia office (remote working applicable up to 75% monthly), as part of the Strategy & Transformation Department, we're looking for an enthusiastic Agile Coach to coordinate transformation projects delivery and execution. Will also act as a role model to foster the Agile Culture deployment throughout the whole KRUK Italy organization at any of its level.ResponsibilitiesLeader of Agile Transformation in KRUK ItalyBuilds, in collaboration with international team, the agile methodology development in company with high appetite for change.Creates awareness and desire across change management teams to work in agile way.Guides change management teams to maximize efficiency thanks to decrease of time to market and identification of MVP. Assures that projects are actually adding value to the impacted organizationsActs as a trustable interface for the business and as a real game changeMonitors and optimizes the assigned projects portfolio: execution according to agreed KPI's, identifies potential bottlenecks, recommends projects acceleration, freezing and addingDevelops a Change Management Culture within KRUK ItalyRequirementsBSc or MSc University Degree.At least 3 years track record in roles like: Agile Coach / Scrum Master.
