We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers who are able to innovate, design and execute high quality test strategies and test plans to raise the quality bar of our devices and features and delight our customers.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate device functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess device quality for multiple regions.Work with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery against defined milestones.Test execution and automation.Bug triage and defect tracking.Provide detailed status reports for a wide range of stakeholders.Communication with a wide range of stakeholders (users, other technical teams and management) to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives and develop processes and/or tools as needed to support the organization.About the TeamAmazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. Learn more at QualificationsBachelor's Degree or 4+ years of quality assurance engineering equivalent experienceExperience in automation testingExperience in manual testingExperience as QA lead on medium to large sized projectsExperience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product qualityPreferred QualificationsExperience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or AppiumExperience of using test case management tools (e.g. Test Rail, TestLink) and issue management tools (Jira)Experience in leading/coordinating work for other test teamsExperience with Android, iOS or other mobile application development or testingOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
