Descrizione aziendaSynergie Italia SPA, filiale di Milano Cadorna, ricerca per azienda cliente un valido profilo da inserire come PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST.PosizioneNello specifico la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:Collaborazione con i diversi dipartimenti e responsabili di budget per portare avanti progetti di procurement, comprendendo le specifiche richieste e la strategia di spesa appropriata, tenendo conto delle migliori pratiche, delle tendenze di mercato e delle capacità dei fornitori; Analisi dei prezzi (analisi e ottimizzazione dei costi), negoziazione con i fornitori, valutazione delle diverse proposte, monitoraggio delle tendenze di mercato e scouting di nuovi fornitori per attivare servizi o acquistare beni; Gestione del processo di acquisto di beni e servizi sotto la soglia. Utilizzare il sistema interno (SAP) per gestire gli ordini di acquisto in base alle esigenze dei clienti interni.RequisitiPer svolgere l attività si richiede:Laurea in ambito economico/ingegneristico; Esperienza pregressa nella mansione, maturata preferibilmente in ambito industriale; Conoscenza ed utilizzo quotidiano del Pacchetto Office in particolare MS EXCEL ; Conoscenza ed utilizzo quotidiano della lingua inglese e della lingua italiana ; Capacità di lavorare in team e per scadenze.Altre informazioniLuogo di lavoro: Milano NordOrario di lavoro: Full Time 40h settimanali da Lunedì a Venerdì Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione di tre mesi.
